Three medical specialists today launched their prescription to an investment problem that called for a speedy, far reaching and profitable cure, Propertycrown.com
The three, a Nephrologist, an ENT Surgeon and a Cardiologist, coined the slogan “Created by Investors for Investors”™ for their one-of-a-kind business model aimed at like-minded investors.
Comprising three business branches; the Propertycrown.com investment portal that went live in January 1st, 2012 followed by the Investors’ Club, membership is free to both local and foreigners, and The Property Post blog that features investment news and tips.
Speaking at the recent launch, Chief Executive Officer Dr. Soehardy Zainudin said “Instead of reaping the sow of an individual, why not reap the bulk sow?”
“Our unique positioning is that we bring the volume and we believe our business model will be beneficial to everyone in the industry: be it investors, developers, agencies, negotiators or financiers.”
The launch was officiated by Selangor Housing EXCO YB Ir Iskandar bin Abd Samad, and attended by Chief Operations Officer, Dr. Haizal Haron Kamar, and Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Balachandran Appoo.
Also present were partners Malaysian Reserve, Social Media Leader and 12 Webs, who gave demonstrations on state-of-the-art communications technology and social media tools that powers Propertycrown.com

“We are very mindful of the volatile global economy and the weakening US dollar but we certainly feel that there is ample room for growth in the real estate industry in Malaysia.
“Should any opportunities come up along the way, we want to be ready to grab it as an investors’ network,” he ended.
On officially launching Propertycrown, YB Ir Iskandar said as the property sector was linked to about 140 economic activities, it had an impact on the general economy.
Propertycrown’s method of “buying in bulks and working out further discounts on behalf of the investors” would encourage Malaysians to invest in properties, he added.
