It is also not good for you to exercise frequently especially if your exercise time is too near to your bedtime schedule in order to avoid your body to lose lots of energy. Having a 30-minutes nap during the day especially before 4 p.m. daily will definitely help you to catch up for the all the sleep that you have missed. Having enough sleep can help you maintain a healthy heart and reduce you from encountering heart attacks, strokes, low level of blood pressure and cholesterol which are a common thing to happen to most of us nowadays. A good night sleep will enable repair work to be done to your body due to stress, ultraviolet rays along with exposures to other harmful things. Sleeping also helps your cell to produce more protein molecules that will create building blocks for the cell and repair any damage absorb by your body.
